Should I Be Concerned Heavy Bleeding And Cramps After Being Fingered 16 Days After My Last Period?

I am a 21 year old woman. Yesterday I had foreplay with my boyfriend where I was fingered. When I got home I had spotting and today morning little bleeding, but since last 10 mins I am having cramps and heavy bleeding. Should I be worried since my periods just ended 16 days back
