Should I Be Concerned If I Have Been Bleeding (period

Should I be concerned if I have been bleeding (period like) for almost 2 weeks? I had my period on time but it lasted for 3 days longer then usual. & I'm usually pretty regular. And then 4 days after my period was over, I started noticing blood in my urine and now I'm bleeding as if I was on my period. But very cloty like and bad enough I have to change my pad twice a day. Should I be concerned?
