Should I Be Concerned If My Testicle Occasionally Rotates But Returns To Normal When I Lie Down And Relax?

Sometimes i notice that my testicle is at wrong angle like... It looks like the front side turned to back... It happen when i wear underwear or when i was sitting.. I don t experience any pain or swelling... After i lie on bed by spreading legs and letting scrotum relax.. it comes to normal... Should i be worried??
