Should I Be Concerned When My MRI Showed A C5-C6 Disc Protrusion And A Thyroid Nodule Apart From Symptoms Worsening?

Hi. My MRI 2 years ago, shows C5-C6 tiny cervical disc protrusion indenting the ventral thecal sac. Since then my pain, numbness, tingling & more have gotten worse. It also says no spondylosis or neural foraminal narrowing. Also a says I have a mild reversal of normal cervical curvature. A 9mm complex cystic nodule in the right lobe of the thyroid.
