Should I Be Concerned When My Double Marker Shows Low Free Beta HCG And PAPP-A But Low Risk For Trisomies At Weeks?

Hi doctor, I am currently 12 weeks and 5 days pregnant. my age is 29 years. My current double marker test results Free beta hcg- 11.91 IU/l - 0.27MoM Papp-A - 1266 mIU/l - 0.41MoM NT thickness - 1.7mm - 1.06 MoM All the trisomies shows low risk but I am worried about low levels of free beta hcg and Papp-a levels. Does it mean it s false negative or is there any issue to worry? Can you please answer for this.
