Should I Be Worried About A Growing Hypoechoic Breast Nodule Near The Nipple?

i have a hypoechoic nodule 10:00 axis 4mm from the nipple in my left breast that has been growing for the past few years from 5x3x4mm to 6x3x5mm ovoid to now a 7, I AM not sure of exact size FROM LAST YEAR but they are recommending a biopsy SHOULD I BE WORRIED
