Should I Be Worried About Ovarian Cancer While Having A Multicystic, Multiseptate Left Adnexal Mass?
there is a left adnexal mass which is multicystic, multiseptate measuring 6.7 x 6.0 × 7.8 cm. Although ovarian cysts would be considered, neoplasia would not be excluded. Right adnexa/ovary shows several small subcentimeter presumed follicles present. I’m only 18, should I be wore of ovarian cancer?
