Should I Be Worried About Severe Back Pain That Isn’t Relieved By Panadol At 5 Weeks Pregnancy With A History Of Miscarriage And Thyroid Issues?

Hello mam My last period date was 26 December, now my blood test showed 284.4 hcg level. My Dr said its my 5th week. I also had miscarriage in last July 2022. I has thyroid issue. Now I has severe back pain that is not going away after taking panadol. What should I do now? Is it serious to have severe back pain?
