Should I Be Worried About Taking Bactrim And Clindamyacin Together?

Should I be worried about taking Bactrim and clindamyacin together? Why should I be worried? I just had a cabgx1 and my sternum incision split wide open, but there doesn't appear to be an infection. Im wondering why he would put me on both of these at once.
