Should I Be Worried About The Itching And Redness In The Old Mole?

hi i have had a mole on my back forever i have noticed it has got big and is sticking out more and is red around the mole i only noticed it because it was itchey is this anything to worry about. i am 36 years old weigh about 11 stone and have arthritus.
