Should I Be Worried About The Ongoing Brown Discharge And A Recent Dark Red Clot After Defecation When I Am Pregnant?

I want to share first my story. Last june 13 , i started to see brown discharges on my underwear. It was continue until i feel pain after pee. I decided to take a pregnancy test and it became positive last june 21. June 22 i went to ob and i did ultrasound. They didnt see anything so i took bloodtest and its confirmed i am pregnant. I ask my ob about brown discharges and pain after pee . So i undergo urine test. I am positive with infection. I went again 26june for ultra sound and we found the baby . Very tiny but we found out that my uterus is like a heart shape. The ob said i am prone of miscarriage. So she gave me medicine. Duphaston Now i dont feel any pain after pee. But i still taking medicine. The problem is i still have brown discharges. And yesterday. After i poo, i saw kind of blood clot. It is like a dark red but when it was put on a tissue, its stain is brown
