Should I Be Worried For Delayed Periods?

hi, I am 20 years of age, 5' and 112lbs. i do have a regular menstruation but this month it seems that I am delayed for 2 days. I had my last menstruation april 5 and now it is already may 7. am i pregnant? if so, what can I do to get rid of it. I am still young I can't have it now. please help me.
