Should I Be Worried For Headache And Low Grade Temperature?

Hello. I have had a slight pounding headache for the last 2 days. I have a low grade temp. Although I feel hot inside, I'm cold. I would just like to know if a low grade temp is something to worry about especially since I take blood pressure medication?
