Should I Be Worried For Mild Sinus Pain Post Accident?

I had a car accident today. At the time of the accident I felt fine. About an hour or two after i developed a mild ache in my forhead above my eyes in the middle and my sinuses started to run lightly. Is there anything i should worry about? I did not strike my head in the accident.
