Should I Be Worried If My Left Testicle Is Still Swollen After 3 Days Of Taking Prescribed Medication, With Only 30% Reduction In Swelling?

Hi, My left testicle got swollen ( it is 15-20 times to the right testicle). I have seen my physician, he asked genral question, where is the pain and how long and have I been to any rural places etc and prescribed me Banocide Forte, Dolowin and Microdox-lbx. I am using the medicine for the last 3 days but the swelling has reduced only 30%. Is it something to worry or will it take some time to for complete recovery.
