Should I Consider Cortisone Injections When I Developed A Few Cheek Lumps A Week After My Second Subcision?

Hello Doc ! I have had my 2nd Subcision 1 week back , now I can see 2 to 3 bump/lumps on my cheeks , now I m very worried about them , so what is the possible treatment for them , should they go away in some time ? Or should I take a cortisone injection ? Please suggest me the good medication or procedure to go with . I heard that cortisone injection will form a dent , so please suggest.
