Should I Consult A Cardiologist About CHF And Low EF Along With Lightheadedness, Excessive Sweating, And Severe Fatigue?

My boyfriend is 48 and was diagnosed with CHF LBBB a little over a year ago. His ejection fraction is approx 10-15% and is scheduled to have a pacemaker/defibrillator implanted at the end of this month. Late last night he was complaining of being light-headed and not feeling so good. He has broken out in an excessive sweat at least 3 times and has severe fatigue. Should I mention these symptoms to his Cardiologist at the next appt or seek urgent medical care for him/
