Should I Consult For My 4-month-pregnant Wife Who Has Severe Stomach Burning And Frequent Vomiting From A Likely Untreated Ulcer?

Hi doctor Please help out I ill be thankful to you My wife is pregnant with 4 month has started but the problem is that before pregnancy she used to vomit and she had developed ulcer but she didn t get treated Now I think ulcer got extreme, All the time she has burning in stomach and vomiting at every time Now am worryed Please tell me what to do, And to whom should I consult???
