Should I Continue Fertyl Super While Spotting After Taking Regestrone?

I am 29 years n suffering from pcod n overweight. Last month my period was not clear. I was only sporting during the whole period about 25 days.. So, i went to doctor, n he suggested me to take regestrone 5mg for 20 days, n I took that... He gave me fertyl super tablet to take from 2nd day of period for 5 days n duphastone from 16-25th day... Bt, after 3 days of stopping regestone, I strated spotting again... Not bleeding like normal period. Will I take the fertyl super tablet as doctor said or not ? Pls, help... Really cofused
