Should I Continue Progyluton Despite Bleeding When Both Duphaston And Progyluton Have Been Prescribed For Irregular Periods?

Hi, I have missed periods from Jan 2022 to may 2022 ,Then Dr advise me tab duphaston 10mg daily for five days, in June ,july and august I get slight withdrawal bleeding for 3days after that 3 months replacement of 5days duphaston tab. Now another Dr recommended me tab progyluton one tab daily,after 2 days of taking medicine I get menstrual bleeding again, should I continue tablet or stop it untill my periods end?
