Should I Continue Siphene, Ovacare, And Folic Acid For 2 More Cycles If I Have Regular Periods, And Fluctuating Fasting Sugar?

Hello Doctor, I m planning for baby My TSH level is - 1.73 FSH - 6.58 LH - 3.14 My period is regular Fasting sugar level is - 125 and it fluctuate Last month My Gyno suggested me to control sugar and asked me to take siphine 50 mg, ovacare and folic acid tablet. But still not conceived I got my periods today. They asked me to continue the prescription for next 2 cycles
