Should I Continue Tetralysal With Dianette Like Before With Yaz When I Have Recurrent Cystic Acne?

Hi, Im 18 and female, I have cystic acne witch I have been on accutaine for but the acne came back a year later, i went on Tetralysal and it helped but not as much as we hoped, so we then added yaz (birth control) it worked better but still not great and got a lot of scaring and little after 3 months my skin broke out again :(, now I’m starting dianette and I’m wondering should I keep talking Tetralysal the same time as it the way I did with yaz? Also wondering is it worth it to try dianette or should I just go back on accutaine, I just want the acne gone I’m exhausted :(
