Should I Continue Expensive Eye Drops If My Dry Eyes Persist And Vision Remains Blurry After Six Weeks?

I have dry eyes and have been using 1 drop in each eye twice a day for appx 6 weeks, My eyelids do not stick to my eyes at night now but my eyes are still uncomfortagle and can t see well with or without my glasses. Should I continue with the eye drops, they are really expensive?
