Should I Continue Taking Duphaston If My Period Hasn T Come After A Week, And Does Duphaston Affect The Beta HCG Test?

Hi, I have regular period before. My last period was january 2023 last week, since then my period didnt come at all until this april, I took Pregnancy test 6 times It is negative..I visit an OB and she said I was just delayed, and she advised me to take duphaston for 10days however my period still didnt come its been 7th day of taking duphaston already. I took a beta hcg test 1day after I took a duphaston still it s negative. Should I need to continue taking duphaston? Does duphaston affect the Beta HCG?
