Should I Continue Taking Duphaston On Day 16 Of My Cycle After Using Clomid And Having Ovulated?

Am 31yrs old trying to conceive since a year now.had miscarriage yrs back. My period is irregular, but I was prescribe wit duphaston for 3 months and clomid. Is my second Month wit duphaston and I took clomid on the 7th day of my period, my ovulation was on 12th to 14th. And I meet with my partner.should I also continue with my duphaston on 16th. Hope it will not affect me if i already took in.
