Should I Continue Taking Follihair Tablets With Or Without Tressgro And Richfer For My Severe Hair Loss Despite No Improvement?

hey, I am 21 years old female. I have been suffering from severe hair loss. My heamoglobin was 10%. My dermatologist suggested me follihair tablet with richfer and tressgro. I took them for a month but I am not able to see any difference and having more hairfall. Should I continue follihair tablets for other 2 months with or without tressgro and richfer?? Or please suggest me something else
