Should I Continue Using Sebowash Shampoo For Severe Hair Fall And White Tips On Fallen Hairs?

Hello dr, i am 19 yrs old girl and i had a severe dandruff during winter season. Due to this I had severe hairfall. I used only sebowash shampoo for 3 months. But now I stopped using it. But again severe hairfall started but i have very less dandruff. I see one thing common ie, my all fallen hairs have something white at the tip I don t know what is it.. Plz recommend me something that I can use Or I should continue using sebowash shampoo???
