Should I Follow Up On Sudden Blurry Eyesight, Flashes Of Light, And Dizziness After My Mini Gastric Bypass And LASIK?

I experienced blurry eyesight that started suddenly, with seeing flashes of light, semi blindness in one eye, and feeling lightheaded and dizzy. This happened a couple of days apart. background: September 2021I had mini gastric bypass (start weight 98kg, current weight 48 kg). I have low iron and vitamin D. I had LASIK done with some complications in my left eye. I also started Concerta 36mg 5-6 days a week. I need to know please if this something I should follow up on and what doctor/ specialist should I see -- an ophthalmologist or a neurologist?
