Should I Get A CT Scan Or See A Pulmonologist Next After A Lung Function Test Suggesting Emphysema?

I had a lung function test done. The doctors office called and said I have emphysema and the doctor called in an inhaler. I ve read a ct scan should be the next step or should I find a pulmonary DR.?? I am a smoker and have many issues with what i think are auto-immune diseases( psoriasis , raynaulds phenomenon(maybe), dry eyes(sjogrens maybe), hypothyroid) Ask a Doctor .
