Should I Get A Blood HCG Test When My Period Is 4 Days Late With Cramps And Inflamed Labia Minora?

Hi - My period was due 4 days ago. I’ve had cramping that mimics period cramps for that duration, but no bleeding. My labia minora is also inflamed. I took an at home pregnancy test, with the result being negative. I’m on Vyvanse & Lamotrigine, if that helps. I’m wondering if I should get a blood HcG test? Thank you!
