Should I Get A Tetanus And Anti-rabies Shot After A Minor Cat Scratch On My Foot While 5 Months Pregnant?

Hello good day! I am concern because I got accidentally scratched from my cat at my feet. It s not that deep but I am worried If there is a rabies. Also I am 5 months pregnant it can affect on my pregnancy? Should I get a tetanu and anti rabies shot? I already washed my wounds with clean water and soap.
