Should I Go See A Dermatologist? I Have A Lot

Should I go see a dermatologist? I have a lot of moles, freckles which ich & have become kinda crusty. Not sure if my skin is just dry I'm 48 have had a complete hysterectomy at 30 because of endometriosis, and am taking a compound with estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone in it and didn't really notice till then....
