Should I Go To The Hospital For Sharp Left-sided Abdominal Pain, Headaches, Dizziness, And Fatigue Lasting Two Days?

Hi, I have basically been having really bad pain on my left side at the bottom, inline with the belly button... I have been having the pain for 2 days now, I woke up crying although taking ibuprofen and paracetamol does help for some time. The pain is when I m moving, coughing and breathing a little heavily. I don t want to waste the hospitals time due to them being extremently busy due to Covid, so I thought it was best to get some advice else where before hand. I have been having painful heading when waking up and they last throughout the days. I have also been feeling a little dizzy when getting up from the sofa. I am feeling constantly tired because its so draining. Do I wait another day or so and then ring A+E? I am really hoping you will give me the advice i need. Thank you.
