Should I Repeat Liver Tests While Having Very High Bilirubin Level And Yellow Eyes Despite Two Weeks Of Medication And Liquid Diet?

Hi Doctor I am having 5.34 bilrubin level and have yellowish eyes I have been taking tablets and eating liquid foods for almost 2 weeks now. Still my eyes are yellow I am planning to take the liver function test again and look the levels are reduced or else planning to get admitted in hospital I am not in India but in Mexico please advice
