Should I Reschedule My Cholecystectomy Due To My Rising Creatinine Levels?

My creatinine level is 168. The prior week it was 145. Three weeks ago I was scheduled for cholecystectomy on March 10. Should I reschedule until I resolve kidney issue or go through the surgery. The surgeon has not responded to my inquiries and PA thinks ok. My opinion is to be as healthy as possible pre surgery.
