Should I See A Dermatologist For Some Bad Sand Flea Bites Over A Month Ago?

Hi there! I got some bad sand flea bites over a month ago. I’m on my second round of prednisone (first was a low dose that tapered off, second was 40 mg/day) with no improvement. They still look awful and itch like crazy. What else can I ask my doctor for to help me get rid of these bites and hives?? Should I see a dermatologist instead?
