Should I See A Doctor For A Skin Bubble On My Lower Leg That Resembles A Blister?

I went to scratch my lower leg and found a bubble of skin with air. It s about an inch round and would look like a blister, but I ve done nothing to create one. I have had a leg ablation done a year ago to close off a bad vein to help circulation. Wondering what I should do, if I should seek medical attention or sterilize a needle to puncture it and bandage it?
