Should I See A Doctor For Mild Concussion Post Head Injury?

i hit my temple earlier tonight on a medal door frame. theres no bruising or anything and i didnt pass out, but i have a mild head ache and was really irritable. is it possible i have a mild concussion? if so should i seek medical attention or just take an advil?
