Should I See A Urologist For Possible Biopsy Given My Fluctuating PSA Levels Over Five Years And Family History Of Prostate Cancer?

I am a 74 year old male with a paternal history of prostate cancer in my family. For the last 5 years, my psa screenings have fluctuated as follows at my annual physical: In 2019 it was .8; 2020 it was up to 1.14; 2021 it was back to .81; this year, after 16 months since my last psa, it was back 10 1.13. Is this a significant factor requiring a follow up with a Urologists for possible biopsy?
