Should I Seek Help From A Gynecologist For Intense Menstruation With Clots?

I have started taking Lutenyl at around June. I did as my doctor said, to take 15 pills and wait till i get my next menstruation. then check 13 days to start again. this might not matter, but i am still pretty young. still a teenager. (under 16) i was kind of late, which worried me at first. untill i finally saw something on Wednesday. it was great honestly, barely any pain, nor any bleeding. but the next day came and i literally had the worse menstruation of my whole life. i usually never break down during menstruations, for this one i broke down completely. cause of the insane amount of bleeding, it was less then without it. just that it was still enough to make me have the worse pain ever. and i had these massive clots of some sorts suddenly, which horrified me. i honestly don t know what to do, i dont know if i should wait for my gynecologist to get back (in September) plus, i know this might not matter too much, but i might have menorrhagia. i am pretty sure that some hormonal medicine can make it worse.. just that i do not know if self diagnosing is a good thing. all that i know is i relate to most of the symptoms. but i cannot be sure. i am still really young, and i am just very worried. my first two days of my usual menstruation were so awful that i couldn t even go to school. and now i do not wanna miss any days, in case it will ruin a lot of things in the future. whoever replies to this, thank you
