Should I Seek Medical Help For A Second Heavy Menstrual Cycle This Month Despite A Past Diagnosis Of Borderline Anemia And Heavy Flow?

Hi, this is my 2nd menstrual cycle of the month...first one was the first week of April amd I started my second cycle yesterday. I am bleeding extremely heavy in case I ve had to change my S+ tampons every 45 mins to 1 hr. I had a tubal ligation in 2005 and I am 37 yrs old. I m kind of freaking out here. Last time I went to the ER for it was back in 2006 but they just told me I was borderline anemic and had heavy flows. Do I need to seek professional help?
