Should I Seek Treatment For My Breath Smelling Like Paint, Considering My Slight Liver Problems?

Hi doctor My breath smells like paint,its been like this for the past couple of days will i need to take treatment.I can smell and taste food no problems there.I have slight liver problems for which i do not get any treatment. Thx Isaac (Sri lanka ).
