Should I Still Worry For My Twin Boys Who Received The Hepatitis B Vaccine After Birth, About Its Transmission From Me As A Chronic Hepatitis B Carrier?

I have chronic hepatitis b but my wife had been vaccinated and now we had twin boys, they took 1st shot of hepatitis be vaccine a week after their birth and has since taken 3 shots of pentavalent vaccines, they ll be 1year old 6days from now, should I still worry about anything? I seriously don t want them infected, I m very careful around as I can t even share a kiss with them..
