Should I Switch From Atorva To Another Medication For Triglyceride Management When Reports Indicate Hypertriglyceridemia?

Please forward this to Dr.Bhanupratap, Cardilogist Dear Doctor, I am 79 year old and a vegetarian. I have the following conditions 1.Type II diabetes (NDDM) since 2012..Its under control.taking Glycomet (sr) 500 mg twice a day 2.Had mild hypertension since 1980 and had T wave inversion in the year 1977 and there is no problem so far in all these 45 years, Hypertension is under control. Taking Betacard 50 mg,Amtas 5 mg,Deplatt . All once a day except Amtas 5 mg twice a day. Atorva 10 mg a day 3.Hypothyroidsm since 2013 under control .Taking Thyronorm 50 mcg a day I am enlcosing a chart of my lab reports from time to time compiled for your easy and ready reference and the oldest is 1/12/2018 and the latest is 9/5/2023. I request you to advise whether my fasting and pp levels are normal if not please suggest a good medicine I request you to advise whether the tryglycerides are normal or is it a hypertryglyceredemia. If so kindly please suggest a good medicine instead of the Atorva 10 mg which is now i am taking. Can i take omega 3 to reduce the tryglycerides, if so please suggest a good brand. sincerely soms
