Should I Switch To Diane 35 Or Continue Taking Spironolactone With Progyluton For PCOS?

Hi i have pcos it been almost five i have been taking spironolactone with progyluton and i am tired of it and people say it carry a lot of cancer and blood clot and my doctor recommended diane 35 which one should i choose should i continue or take diane 35 ?
