Should I Take Bystolic Today Given My Reynaud’s, Recent Gallbladder Surgery, Low Potassium/magnesium, And High Pulse?

My primary doctor just today, gave me bystolic to take once a day. I have reynauds disease, I have also been feeling numbness in 2 toes on each foot. I have had gallbladder surgery , open September 17. My potassium & magnesium has been low. My pulse rate has been high today it was 108. Ok my question is should I take the bystolic or wait & call my doctor in the morning & remind him I have Reynauds disease?
