Should I Take Duphaston With Glucophage If I Have No Periods Without Medicine After Stopping Contraceptive Pills?

Hi, I used contraceptive pills for five years .... And trying to conceive last one year.... I weight for one and half month than check pregnancy .... No pregnancy than use dophaston for ten days , than come periods ... Than repeat like that afterwards .... Means I have no periods without medicine .... Doctor check my general test , they are all ok .... Now should I use dophaston with glucophage?
