Should I Take Dydrogesterone If I M Already On Metformin, Ovasitol, And Folic Acid But Haven T Gotten My Period After Stopping Prolonged Spotting?

Hi, me and my husband has been trying for pregnancy for some time now. I had non stop spotting and clotting for three months so my doctor gave me metformin and folic acid. Since i hd a lot of side effects from metformin i stopped metformin and started ovasitol after asking doc. My spotting stopped and i had a normal period that month. But after that i have not been able to get my periods. Its been over a month now and the doc just gave me dydrogesterone for five days. I started taking metformin and ovasitol together plus folic acid. Should i take the dydrogesterone?
