Should I Take Loprin Or Resume Duphaston In Early Pregnancy, As My Stomach Issues Stopped After Discontinuing Duphaston?

I was taking duphaston but after 15 days of use in 6th week of pregnancy,developed stomach pain,loose motions..now I ve stopped taking it...dr prescribed me loprin now.should I use loprin? Or resume duphaston...bcz stomach is well after stopping duphaston.
