Should I Take Shelcal CT Max, Remlyn D, Uprise-3, And Magnesium Together When I Have Thyroid Issues And Approaching Menopause?

Hello , I’m a 50 year old woman with thyroid issue and been taking 50 mcg thyronorm. Apart from that, I’m healthy. My question is, shd I take shelcal ct max and remlyn d together once a day for 3 mths and then give a gap of a month ? Do I need both ? Also, do I need to take uprise 3 too in addition to both ? Also, what can I take fir magnesium since I’m menopausing. I take absolut woman capsule on and off as advised by my Gynae too. I’m confused what all shd I take and duration . Please advise. Regards
